INVgolf is the leading independent boutique brokerage and specialist in the golf industry and leisure real estate sector. Every year, our international firm is responsible for more business and investment transactions than any other boutique brokerage in this rapidly growing line of business.

INVgolf's clients include high net-worth individuals (HNWIs), large landowners, financial institutions, private equity firms, real estate buyers, developers, institutional investors, hotel and resort groups, golf course and resort owners, private investors as well as renewable energy (RES) producers from around the world who are keen on buying and/or selling the following:

Large plots of land in the right locations that are considered to be suitable for the development of residential golf communities, integrated leisure resorts, master-planned communities, agro-tourism/eco-tourism resorts, holiday villages, renewable energy (e.g. photovoltaic) investments, etc.;
Residential real estate on the range or close to one or several golf courses;
Leisure real estate;
Existing golf courses;
Minority or majority stakes in existing golf courses, golf resorts, golf and country clubs, golf course management companies, hotels as well as companies that own a number of golf courses in one or several different countries;
Minority or majority stakes in development companies (with or without planning permission) that are in the process of developing integrated leisure resorts, golf courses, master-planned communities or related resorts with one or several golf courses included in the project;
Transferable golf memberships.

Furthermore, an increasing number of INVgolf's clients are interested in acquiring one or more existing golf courses with a hotel or with the necessary licences in place for the development of residential real estate or with enough adjacent land available for the further extension or development of a resort (e.g. an equestrian resort, polo development, conference resort with a golf course).

INVgolf donates 10% of its fees received from each successful deal to the GORDI Foundation, effective January 1, 2007. INVgolf's Founder & Director, Dutchman Peter Michel Heilmann, is Founding Chairman of the GORDI Foundation.

INVgolf publishes a monthly e-newsletter entitled INVgolf INVestment Letter, which is sent out by E-mail to our clients and potential clients from around the globe.

In addition, since 2003 INVgolf has successfully organised and helped organise a number of international golf and real estate investment conferences, including the 2003 European GOLF and Real Estate Conference & Exhibition, the 2005 INVgolf Investment Forum and others.

Both the buyer and the seller remunerate INVgolf.

Three INVgolf Investment Road Shows in Ireland, the U.A.E., Hungary and Poland have been planned for 2007. At these invitation-only events, INVgolf will present - on behalf of our clients - a number of exciting opportunities and developments around the world to potential buyers, investors and developers.
