Keith Haslam, Operations Director, PGA Golf Management, joins INVgolf Investment Forum 2005 Steering Committee
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE February 14, 2005 -- Keith Haslam, Operations Director, PGA Golf Management, has accepted to join the Steering Committee of the INVgolf Investment Forum 2005, to be held in Belek, Antalya, Turkey, April 22 & 23, 2005. This international Steering Committee consists of respected members of the hospitality, leisure, golf and real estate industries with hands-on experience in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region and Eurasia as well as Peter Michel Heilmann, Founder & Director, INVgolf. Keith will also be one of the two top experts leading the 'Presidential Debate on Managing Golf' on April 22. Proposed topics on the agenda include:

Career summary Keith has ten years experience of operational golf management and management consultancy. He worked on the pre-opening management activities at Riffa Golf Club in Bahrain and at Aphrodite Hills Golf Club in Cyprus. PGA Golf Management aims to become one of Europe's leading providers of golf management services to course owners and developers. Keith joined PGA Golf Management in July 2003 and as the Operations Director is responsible for managing the portfolio of contracts PGA Golf Management have secured, as well as supporting business development. Keith has always worked within the golf management industry having over 12 years of experience. After graduating with an honours degree in Leisure & Tourism Management from Sheffield Hallam University, he completed one of the first Golf Management Training Programmes, created by Gleneagles Golf Developments, Scotland. Following a period within the golf operations at Gleneagles, a 5 Red Star Resort in Scotland, Keith moved to Gleneagles Golf Developments, providing management and consultancy services to third party golf properties and clients from around the world. Whilst at a brief period with a leisure and hospitality management company, Keith provided extensive management consultancy to the developers of the Aphrodite Hills Resort in Cyprus. It is this wide range of experience and assignments that has provided Keith with an extensive knowledge of the golf management industry and led to him joining PGA Golf Management in 2003. PGA Golf Management is part of the commercial division of the PGA of Great Britain & Ireland, specialising in the management and marketing of golf properties for owners and developers. PGA Golf Management currently have contracts in the Middle East, Spain, France and a new EUR 200 million golf resort development, Kinsale Harbour Resort, in Kinsale, Ireland.
