Charles Human, Managing Director of HVS Investment Services, to sit on expert panel at the 2003 European GOLF Investment and Real Estate Conference

August 5, 2003 -- Charles Human, Managing Director, HVS Investment Services, will sit on the 'Trends in Integrated Leisure Resorts and Investments' panel at the 2003 European GOLF Investment and Real Estate Conference in Athens on November 29th, 2003.

"HVS is being increasingly asked to advise on the development feasibility, financing and management of mixed-use destination resorts in Europe," says Charles. "Given the increase in the volume and overall complexity of these projects, it is appropriate that a conference devoted to golf resort projects is now being held."

Career summary

Charles Human is Managing Director of UK-based HVS Investment Services. Originally qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, he has worked throughout his career in the real estate industry, specialising during the last nine years in the hotel sector as a director of HVS International. Having worked on projects throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East, he has a unique knowledge of global hotel markets and hotel concepts. He spearheads HVS's activities in the acquisition, sale and financing of hotels, projects and companies.
