Edward Anania, Executive Vice President & Director of Title Operations, Stewart Information International, Inc., to join expert real estate panel at the INVgolf Investment Forum 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE February 17, 2005 -- Edward Anania, Executive Vice President & Director of Title Operations, Stewart Information International, Inc., will sit on the 'Golf as a Driver for Real Estate Development / Residential Communities' panel at the INVgolf Investment Forum 2005, an important international industry and investment forum scheduled to take place in Belek, Antalya, Turkey, April 22 & 23, 2005. Edward currently oversees the existing title operations in Turkey, Romania, South Korea and Mexico and potential expansion targets such as India and Egypt. Brief resume Edward Anania currently oversees as the Executive Vice President and Director of Title Operations the existing title operations in Turkey, Romania, South Korea and Mexico and potential expansion targets such as India and Egypt for Stewart International, a division of publicly traded Stewart Information Services Corp. Prior to serving in his present capacity, he served as President and Managing Director of Stewart Title, Poland. He has worked his entire business career, beginning in 1991, in the title insurance and escrow services industry. After managing the agency network of more than 100 agents for Houston, Texas-based Stewart Title Guaranty Company in the State of Indiana, Ed spearheaded the growth for Stewart International in Poland and Central Europe. In addition to serving on all of the boards in countries for which he has responsibility, Mr. Anania is currently on the Board of Directors of the Learning Development Center of Northeast Indiana, a school dedicated to serving developmentally challenged children. He has also served on the board of Habitat for Humanity for Kosciusko County, Indiana. Mr. Anania served the Indiana (USA) title industry on the Education Committee and as an accredited Continuing Legal Education lecturer on title policy endorsements. In addition, he has supported the real estate industry by sitting on the Forms Committee, Philanthropy Committee and Education Committees of the Kosciusko County (Indiana) Board of Realtors while presenting orientation lectures to new Realtors on title and escrow closing procedures and lecturing on fair housing. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Millikin University (Decatur, Illinois) and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. His association memberships include the Indiana Bar Association and Indiana State Bar. He is member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, the Phi Alpha Theta History Fraternity and the Order of Omega Honorary Society and the Mad Anthonys of Fort Wayne. He is married to Amber LeSeure Anania. They have one son, Ethan; and one daughter, Elie.
