February 21, 2005 -- Kevin Scholl AIA, Vice President, Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo, Inc. (WATG), London, will chair the 'Golf as a Driver for Real Estate Development / Residential Communities' panel at the INVgolf Investment Forum 2005, scheduled to take place in Belek, Antalya, Turkey, April 22 & 23, 2005. He is also joining the Steering Committee of this important international industry and investment forum. 

Career summary

Kevin is recognised as one of WATG’s most talented and well-rounded architects. His experience includes both master planning and architectural design driven resort projects. His expertise encompasses the macro planning of multi-component resorts and the design of major hotel projects within those resorts, residential complexes and mixed-use developments.

In addition to his obvious natural talents in architectural design, Kevin has established a reputation within the firm for his attention to detail and diligence in co-ordinating projects within a limited timeframe. He is renowned for regularly overseeing challenging, complex projects and management assignments. Kevin has also worked closely with operators, such as Grecotel of Greece, where he has successfully established their strategic design plans for their next generation resort developments in and around the Mediterranean.

Kevin has worked extensively in four of WATG’s offices including several years in Newport and Hawaii before accepting the position of Director of Design in London.
