October 2nd, 2003 -- Dennis van Golberdinge, executive chef, independent international culinary adviser and founder of New York City based Apicius Culinary Support, will be the executive chef in charge of preparing the food for the distinguished guests and delegates of the 2003 European GOLF Investment and Real Estate Conference & Exhibition at the Athenaeum InterContinental Athens on November 28th & 29th, 2003.

Career summary

Born in The Netherlands, Dennis spent most of his career in New York City, working as a food consultant and adviser for the hotel and restaurant industry, traveling to many different parts of the globe.

After meeting his Greek wife in Thessaloniki five years ago, Dennis decided to leave the Big Apple and work in Greece. Two years ago he worked as the chef for Spondy Restaurants.

Today Dennis works as an independent culinary adviser based in Athens. For the 2003 European GOLF Investment and Real Estate Conference & Exhibition, Dennis will take the distinguished guests and delegates of this important international industry event "on a road of Mediterranean cuisine where you have the privilege to taste one of the 'tricks of the trade'," as the Dutch executive chef likes to put it.
