INVgolf participated in the
EGCOA's inaugural
Conference in Amsterdam,
November 23-25, 2006, which was a grand success. We would like to
congratulate the organisers for this excellent forum and look forward to
participating again next year!
eight presentations that were delivered by Roger Pride, Dr. Falk Billion,
Joe Bedford, Jonathan Smith, Andrea Sartori, Niall Flanagan, Gill Wilson,
Henk-Jan de Boer and Jay Karen. The brand-new, completely non-smoking Moevenpick Hotel Amsterdam
behind the Central Station was superb and we especially enjoyed the
extremely well-received boat trip, great networking
opportunities and hospitality as well as the hotel's excellent Swiss service and
magnificent cuisine offering flavours from India, Indonesia, Thailand
cuisine. Bravo!

Peter
Michel Heilmann, Founding Chairman, INVgolf, participated in the KPMG's Third Annual Golf Business
Forum (3rd GBF),
which took place at the InterContinental Aphrodite Hills
Resort Hotel in
Paphos, Cyprus, June 8-10, 2006. As a moderator of the "Country Focus
on Greece" panel, he highlighted the challenges, opportunities as
well as obstacles that this East Mediterranean country faced and asked the panel and audience
several thought-provoking questions, which were discussed on the second
day of the international conference.

Award' at this year's event, where he was the special guest of
honour. "It is a tremendous honour to have Gary present at our Golf Business Forum," said Andrea Sartori, Head of KPMG's
Budapest-based Travel, Leisure & Tourism practice in Central and Eastern Europe. "His experience and passion for the game make him a true 'international ambassador' of golf."
IPD Leisure Property Investment Conference
Lisbon, Portugal on May 10, 2006 Leisure property is now coming of age as an institutional grade investment, with the emergence of specialist funds and greater transparency in the sector.
Peter Michel Heilmann, Founding Chairman, INVgolf, spoke at the IPD Leisure Property Investment Conference,
which was held at the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon on May
10 and offered insights into a developing market. Many mainstream European investors remain wary of the novelty of leisure property and the products on offer. This IPD event
brought leisure property opportunities into sharper focus, by concentrating on the most accessible sub-sectors -- leisure parks, hotels and golf course resorts -- and highlighting the key issues of user demand, performance and market transparency. Other
keynote speakers included key executives of The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS),
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), HVS International, IPD, Lusotur, JLLHotels, Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG Iberia) and
Planbelas SA of Portugal, who have a wealth of experience in emerging,
converging and mature markets, and talk the property investor's language. They understand the issues of cash flow, risk and value that are fundamental to any investment decision, and how their own specialist areas fit into the wider portfolio context. Click here to view the conference programme.
