TAIWEI - MINGSHI Golf Management Ltd. A Business Oriented Approach to Golf Development & Management Beijing TAIWEI is a multi-business group, founded in June 1993, and his main business has traditionally focused on the construction industry. During the last ten years, the business activities of Beijing TAIWEI have greatly developed into many other domains. Nowadays, Beijing TAIWEI has intensively engaged not only in the construction industry but also in the real estate, leasing, hotel, tourism, and particularly in golf business. TAIWEI-MINGSHI Golf Management Ltd. has been established since the beginning of this year. It is a professional division in the TAIWEI Group oriented exclusively to golf course development and management, including Investment, Feasibility Study, Land Acquisition, Design, Course Construction, and Golf Course & Club Management. Invested solely by Beijing TAIWEI, Beijing TAIWEI Sports Resort is our first golf project combined with real estate development. The facilities are sited near Beijing city, including a top-quality hotel, luxurious villas, and a high standard golf club. In the club, there are an 18-hole golf course (the length of 7,177 feet), a driving range (shooting range of 300 feet), a multi-function clubhouse, and two pro-shops. The total construction area is completely in harmony with the nature. This golf course has been completed and opened for playing since October 2003. Da Qing Shan Sports Resort is the second golf - real estate project owned by Taiwei group, and it has run into construction phase since last August. It is located on the outskirts of Huhhot city. The total area for development will cover approximately 200 hectares, including an 18-hole golf course, a holiday hotel, a sport centre, and residence buildings. Also in Huhhot city, a public 9-hole golf course from Beijing TAIWEI is currently in the stage of design. A joint venture golf-real estate project of Beijing TAIWEI is implemented in Fujian province. The site is completely embraced in the beautiful landscape of Wuyi Mountain in the south of China. At present, the design phase is nearly completed, and the construction will start soon. China is a huge market for golf business. We know, if just a small percentage of the 1.2 billion Chinese were interested in golf, they would change the game, change every facet of the golf industry. We have seen a tremendous growth potential of golf business in China. For the moment, we are acquiring more golf projects nationwide. Golf, in sense of both sport and business, is new in China, although it has grown more than a hundred years in Europe.
